• Is this event for Jeeps only? No. This event is open to all vehicle makes and models that are used for outdoor camping, off-roading, or overlanding. We simply came up with the name "Jasper Jeep Jam" because we liked the way it sounded, it was simple, and we thought it had a nice ring to it. My wife has a Toyota 4-Runner and I have a Jeep Wrangler; we will both be there with our vehicles.

  • Are 4-wheelers and side by sides allowed? No. Only Highway legal vehicles are allowed on the event grounds.

  • How many people are included with one single ticket purchase on Ticket Leap? A single ticket purchase (either a 3-day pass or a 1-day pass) is good for the driver and one passenger over 18 (so thats two adults). Kids 18 and under are free with either of those two options (3-day ticket or 1-day ticket). Example: Me, my wife, and 3 children want to come spend the weekend at your event. You only need to purchase one 3-day pass; and that family of 5 can camp out for the weekend in our camping area.

  • Are dogs allowed? Yes. but please keep the pooches on a leash.

  • Are campfires allowed? No. No traditional wood/ground based fires will be allowed on the fairgrounds (we cannot damage the grassy areas of the fairgrounds). However, if you have a propane style/above ground/burner type/campfire, that does not damage the ground; that will be allowed.

  • How do we check in for 3-day paid spot? If you pre-purchased a 3-day ticket on Ticket Leap; your name will be on the check-in list. Get cleared at the main gate for entry inside the fairgrounds, go to the registration table to receive a welcome packet, register for evening door prize drawings (3 day paid guests get 3 tickets), sign liability waiver for trail rides, obtain "inside the event" vehicle pass sticker, park at the overlander camping area.

  • How do we check in for one day pass? One day pass parking is to the right of fairground entrance, present your Ticket Leap paid receipt to the gate attendants, make your way to the registration table, receive your welcome packet.

  • Can we pay at the gate? At gate ticket purchases will be available via our Ticket Leap online purchase platform. We will not accept cash or credit card at the gate. Upon arrival, you will park at the one-day parking area, scan the provided QR code or go to our Ticket Leap link, purchase the ticket, and present confirmation payment to the gate attendants. We ask that folks who are wanting to purchase same day tickets at the gate, go to our one-day pass parking area, to prevent congestion on the main highway.

  • Alcohol Policy? This is intended to be a family friendly event; so please be respectful of others. At the event, any alcohol must be in unmarked containers. Absolutely no alcohol on any trail rides.

  • Are you guys having door prizes? Yes. Each vendor is required to provide a $50 minimum door prize each. Upon registration, you will receive a door prize ticket. We will draw for door prizes each night.

  • Are there rest rooms available? Yes. There are rest rooms available for all.

  • Is there water available? There is not water available for camping spots. However, there are some water spigots available to fill water jugs or jerry cans if needed.

  • Will there be food for sale? Yes. We will have several food vendors at the event for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please see our vendor list for details.

  • What if it rains? We have two buildings available to move some parts of the event inside. There will be some vendors inside one of the buildings and the other building can be used for our nightly entertainment events. We also may be able to accommodate some tent campers, under cover if we have to.

  • Do we need to have a special roof-top tent or a special type of "overlanding" vehicle to camp out at this event? Absolutely not. We all start somewhere. We like to use the fancy term "overlanding" now-a-days, I guess, because that's the official or popular term for 4-wheel drive camping out in the woods. Folks have been "overlanding" for years and it doesn't require fancy vehicle set-ups. A vehicle (preferably able to drive through off-road trails), a ground tent, ice chest, a Coleman stove, lantern or flashlight, and a chair to sit in; are the basics of overlanding equipment. And like any hobby, we can choose to make it simple and buy the basics of what is necessary, we can choose to spend every last dollar we make on it, or land somewhere in the middle. It's more about getting to and finding new places and spending time there to enjoy the wonderful outdoors. This event is intended to help like-minded folks connect and spend some time together, learn a few things from each other or from our several classes, see some available products for overlanding, enjoy some entertainment and food, and have a great time. If this is "up your alley" or sounds interesting and want to learn more; come join us.... We look forward to seeing your there!!!
